Annual Fund

Annual Fund gifts are solicited each year soon after School opens in the fall. There are two goals: one, for a dollar amount to close the shortfall gap in the budget, and 100% participation by parents. We hope that parents will make The Bartlett their highest philanthropic priority while their children are students here. Leadership gifts are vital to our Annual Giving Program. We hope that you will consider joining the leadership giving group with a gift of $1,500 or more.

Every Gift Makes a Difference

Gifts to The Bartlett School may take any of the following forms:

• Outrightwith checks payable to The Bartlett School.
• Securities: Gifts of appreciated securities provide significant tax savings for the donor. The donor avoids capital gains taxes, and gifts are tax deductible at fair market value. Call the Director of Development with questions about the stock transfer process.
• Matching Gifts: Hundreds of organizations match charitable gifts of employees. Please check with your company to see if it will match your gift and mail in the match form to Bartlett along with the gift. The process is simple, and the money it generates greatly benefits the Annual Giving program.
