Our Curriculum The Bartlett School prides itself in the fact that it has never left the basics. Our curriculum includes traditional math, phonics reading, cursive writing, & public speaking. The Bartlett School prides itself in the fact that many of our nation's educators now conclude that it is necessary to return to the basics, Bartlett has never left the basics. The curriculum includes traditional mathematics, phonetic reading, cursive writing, and public speaking. Beginning as early as the Pre-Kindergarten II class, Bartlett students participate in art, computer, music, physical education, and science classes. All students also enroll in French or Spanish classes, while fifth and sixth grade students study Latin, along with the Ancient Civilization curriculum. Bartlett's standings in national achievement tests have remained well above grade level, a convincing statement of the soundness of the curriculum. |
